Shipping & Returns


Delivery in Australia

  • We endeavour to process our orders as quickly as possible, 1-2 business days from the placement of your order, and we allow another 2-5 business days for delivery through Australia post.
  • Our postage rates are: Australia $10 flat fee

International Orders

  • All our international orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail and usually take 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. You can visit to estimate the time of delivery to your country.
  • Our delivery charge does not include any customs duties or other taxes that may apply to the order within the country it is being shipped to. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. On rare occasions delays may occur with international orders clearing customs.
  • Please also be mindful that legally we are required to stipulate the value of the merchandise being posted when sending your product. We recommend that if you have any further enquiries you contact your local customs office.



We have a FLAT RATE of $10 for shipping, regardless of how much you order.
It's $10 per order, NOT per item.

Signing up is easy and free:

Go to SIGN IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT located at the very top of the page, create a new account with your email address and your preferred password. Once you receive an approval email back from us, you’ll have access to the wholesale section of our site.

You will notice that a credit amount has been allocated to your account. This is to enable you to place your order and leave the site without paying.

OR, If you prefer, you can pay your account instantly by PayPal and we will invoice the shipping cost separately if it costs more than $10.

Once we receive your order, we will pick and pack it, work out the freight cost, add this to your invoice which will accompany your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Wholesale orders have a minimum of $150.00 excluding GST/Freight.


For NEW wholesale customers – the first order is pro-forma.

When we receive your order, we will work out your invoice and we’ll email it to you for payment. 
Once we’ve received the payment we send out your goods.

Your order must be a minimum of $AUD 150.00. The order does not include shipping costs. We will calculate and email a cost for shipping MINUS THE AUTOMATIC $10 FEE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID. Then the order will need to be paid in full prior to shipping. All orders are delivered via Australia Post and do not include any import duties/taxes/charges that may apply locally.


Returns Policy

For obvious reasons returns are not accepted, however, in the unlikely case of either faulty or wrong product, contact our office in Australia by email  and we will sort it out. We have an excellent track record, our first and foremost priority is to make our customers happy.

If you do require a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
